It is located in the heart of the beautiful and ancient Alsace area with magical views and good access. The ambience is very cosy, but there is always a place for further improvements. The breakfast is modest and not refilled properly. The double bed was actually two adjacent single beds. It was not comfortable for a couple to sleep in the middle. Also, the air ventilation was not effective enough in the room. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and made many great memories. Specifically, the dinner was superb.

The room was very big and confortable, the breakfast had options for all tastes and there is wanderful room close to the bar where to relax playing different games.

Location in quiet village close to beautiful countryside. Food in restaurant was exceptional. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, we slept very well. The room was very clean. Staff spoke English which we appreciated and they appreciated our attempts at French. Staff were professional and friendly. Dinner was very excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the staff member on duty in the breakfast room was absolutely lovely. The village is stunning, tudor architecture in perfectly preserved condition.

Very nice location, beautiful views and a beautiful building there is a very nice 5km hike starting right outside the hotel with beautiful views of Saint-Hippolyte and the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Parking accommodation is also good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, relaxed friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. Nice public spaces for relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful parking. Superb buffet breakfast, although pricey if you only want a light meal. Spa area with sauna and steam room was good for private session - we didn't have any problem reserving the slots we wanted, but that could be an issue if there was more demand. Plentiful parking.
