Staff were excellent and first class breakfast. Location was great, opposite bus station, taxi rank around the corner. In the middle of town for shopping. Hotel with a character and history .

Location is excellent...just yards from some good & varied restaurants, the main bus terminal that servrs the whole of Jersey, and only hundreds of yards from the indoor market and the most iconic pub in St Helier. Also enjoyed. the breakfasts, the well trained & friendly staff, room maintemance and the efficient lifts. Thoroughly recommended!

Very clean and comfy hotel - our rooms were kept exceptionally clean during the stay. Staff were lovely. Great location for visiting family on the island and no need to hire a car if you stay here as short walk to bus station. Breakfast was pricey but good quality. It was everything we expected of this hotel given its reputation from locals.
