A lovely hotel. Had a problem with the mattress first night but this was resolved next day with a replacement. Staff very all very friendly and attentive. Asked for sea view which we had. Lovely view out.

Fantastic views over the beach and the hotel was always immaculate. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. Great location for exploring St Helier as well as Gorey Pier and beyond.

On arrival, there were aspects of this hotel which made me wonder if I'd picked a good place to stay, being somewhat dated (avocado bathroom suite) and seemingly out-of-step with the times, but I can assure you that there are lots of positives to staying here and I'm really glad that I chose it. It's in a good location, well-served by Jersey's excellent bus system, (plenty of parking if you're in your own car), the meals are delicious and, if you get a room with a sea view, you will not be disappointed. Above and beyond everything else, the quality of the staff, from housekeeping to dining to reception* is exceptional: they will do everything in their power to ensure that your stay is a really enjoyable one. *If you have issues with mobility, particularly if you use a wheelchair, it is worth a discussion directly with the hotel. The level of honesty about what they can do for you, and what they can't, is wonderfully reassuring.

Helen our server at evening meal and breakfast was amazing so helpful and kind couldn’t do enough to make our experience special. Both reception staff were helpful and kind. The bar people offered great service and the food, drinks, and room were all perfect. Could not offer any faults to this hotel. Really had a lovely stay.
