It was in a very good location - close to the town centre. The breakfast was a great addition to the stay and was very nice. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and very quiet too!

Breakfast was the usual minimum cooked B+B: orange juice, 5 of the usual cold cereal choices, one egg (choice of prep type),one sausage, one bacon, beans. Minimal tea tray in room, but pleased to find whole milk packets, rather than semi-skimmed. Room well outfitted for maximum use of space. House in basically very good condition for old property. Good signage with rules, instructions. Working WiFi. It was absolutely immaculately clean. Luggage storage and, as room was ready, I was allowed in long before the 4pm check in time.

Friendly comfortable guest house. A little walk out of the centre (maybe 10 minutes) but this was what I wanted. Neighbourhood was quiet, slept very well every night. I felt safe coming back in the evening after dinner in the town.
