Hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and there was housekeeping each day. Good supply of tea and coffee supplies which were topped up daily.

The property was excellent, breakfast was very very good with a good choice to choose from and a full English, staff were very attentive and really lovely. All areas of the hotel were immaculately clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Good location just a 20 minute walk out of the centre of St Helier. Upon arriving the staff were very warm, welcoming, friendly and gave us a little tour of the hotel. Our room was a double on the top floor with a lovely view of St Helier. The room was spacious, very clean with an en suite and a mini fridge. Breakfast each morning was delicious and set us up for the day ahead. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful elegant Hotel. Well decorated and very welcoming. Our room was very well positioned on the corner that allowed lots of light and stunning views of Queen Elizabeth castle and beyond.

Located at the top of a steep hill, but we did know this before we booked so not a problem and it did mean that the views were great looking over towards the town and the sea beyond. Quiet area with no road noise. Breakfast was super with a really good choice and they catered very well for us as vegetarians. The whole hotel was spotless and the rooms were cleaned and hoovered daily. Bedrooms and bathroom were modern and well equipped. Do not be put off by the 2 Star rating. This hotel deserves much more than that score. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Much appreciated thank you.

Very well appointed, exceptionally clean and very contentious staff. Good breakfast and optional evening meals. Lovely views over St Helier. Adults only hotel.
