Apologies we cannot remember this ladies name but the lady with the blonde hair, must of been the manager was amazing. Taken all of our orders and requests and delivered, everything we asked for she didn’t even write down we just told her she remembered and delivered. The quality of service and food was perfect, you will not find food like this anywhere else in St Helens.

Bed very comfortable, room and bathroom clean and tidy. Didn't really hear much noise from bar and grill below Left my expensive hairdryer and this was stored safely for me to collect 2 days later.
