Good breakfast, lovely and friendly staff at all times. A toaster would be an asset, they are not expensive. The room was very comfortable. The location perfect. Reception staff extremely efficient and more than helpful at all times. Excellent!

Clean well designed , quiet .Lovely warm room ( not too warm !) fantastic location close to station and fab cable cars to town .Nice pool , very friendly staff Can’t wait to go back

Fantastic location opposite Valleen gondola that takes you up to the slopes and saint gervais. Airport shuttles drop you right outside your hotel. Spa was lovely and warm (I've stayed in other places where it's not warm enough). Hotel is lovely and staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.
