Le Relais De Franc Mayne is a guest house located in a 7-hectares vineyard, 1 km from the medieval village of St. Emilion on the ancient Gallo-Roman path. The property was renovated in 2019.

-Beautiful Château only 15-20 minute walk from the historic town of Saint Emilion -Great homemade breakfast, probably the best I’ve had in Europe. -Friendly hosts, couldn’t do enough for you. -The included tour and wine tasting is well worth doing, very informative. The underground tunnels are quite impressive.

Beautiful location, great host, the wine tour arranged by the property in English was exceptional : the guide was a native english speaker gentleman, the breakfast was nice, the facilities/ the bathroom were superb. Would go back.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Chateau. Rachel and Pascal were amazing and looked after us so well. The chateau is absolutely beautiful and the area is so peaceful. A lovely 20 minute walk through the vineyards to St Emilion and lots of other beautiful chateaus nearby.

This chateau was a wonderful, tranquil oasis. We spent 2 nights here. The staff were lovely and friendly. Cecile give us a tour and wine tasting and was really pleasant and knowledgeable. Pascale looked after us in the quest rooms. She is a lovely lovely person, very approachable and friendly. Rachel posted my watch back home, that i had mistakenly left in our room. We were able to walk through the peaceful vineyards into the beautiful town of St Emilion in 20 mins. Gorgeous place with lots of winding cobbled streets, many restaurants and lots of opportunities to try the local wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chateau and would recommend to anyone. Thank you 😃

Epic stay in a Chateaux! Rooms are spacious, bed is super comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The views are amazing and it was quite the treat to stay here. A tasting of the estates Grand Cru Classe was included, which was also a special experience. The property is very close to the town of Saint Emilion (easy for dinners etc.) and some other vineyards are walking distance. The whole stay here felt like a fairytale.
