We particularly liked our balcony suite which was spacious and had wonderful views across the parks and to the sea. We also felt really looked after by the staff. It was my birthday while we were there and the housekeeper saw my cards. She reappeared 10 mins later with 2 bags of small gifts and a balloon. All staff seemed really invested in making our stay a good one.

Room was smaller than the times we came before, although everything we needed was there. I guess it had to do with the fact that I booked through Booking.com this time. But it was good!

A smart hotel with friendly helpful staff. Receptionists made you welcome our only disappointment was the main restaurant on floor 8 was closed on Monday & Tuesday night but the cafe on ground floor had an extensive menu at reasonable prices. The breakfast was excellent. We Ali had a well appointed bedroom. Only regret we only spent one night. Certainly recommend it
