Staff on check in was not super nice. Very cold, no eye contact, no conversation.. but not rude either, so I guess ok. However, they could and should be much better. We liked the hotel. It is older hotel but clean. Location is great. Pool is ok, area around the pool could be nicer. Parking should be cheaper if not free. It is ridiculous that the garage next to the hotel is cheaper than hotel parking. Breakfast was ok, just don't understand server's job there; food you take from buffet, which is fine, but drinks you can't, server has to bring you coffee/tea and then they bring a bill with tip suggestions, even though breakfast was pre-paid when booking the hotel. Just find that unnecessary.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone visiting the city. It is right next to the underpass that leads to the Old Town and next to a shopping mall that has a lot of bars and restaurants to get dinner. It also has a pool, which was very welcome as it was hot when we visited.
