I had a good communication and follow up of my concerns with the reservation team before we arrived in the hotel . Especially I needed to book 4 rooms for my family with grandchildren . Apart from the beautiful fine sandy beach , I loved the variety of Filipino foods served during the breakfast .

Would really recommend the hotel! Everything is great. Pools are nice, rooms are really great, delicious food, the location is perfect. Staff is so friendly and respectful. They played the volleyball with us in the peach. This was so awesome. Nearby food places are amazing as well. Oh and in the beach you can have the massage as well. Perfect place where to have the vacation.

The hotel is new, and it feels modern. The pool is spectacular and the quiet location makes it great for a getaway. We intentionally booked it because we knew it was quite secluded, so don't expect much around it. The underground river is a must if you are there - just walk to the terminal (it takes 5 minutes) and get the ticket and boat from there. We paid 2100 for a private boat (up to 6 people) and 745 per person for the ticket to the underground river. If you go early (around 8 AM), you can beat the crowds that get there from Puerto Princesa. The beach in front of the hotel is nice, but if you take a 20 minute walk to the right, you can get to a very idilic secluded beach that almost feels private. It is near the zipline - pics attached. I saw many reviews complaining about the sandflies, the hotel even mentions it during check in but I do not know what all the fuss is about. I applied some mosquito repellent and lied down at the beach for hours, they did not bother me. There are many tiny crabs all along (is that what some people are calling insects?) but they also did not bother us, we actually found them quite cute. Breakfast is good; coffee is good and there are enough western options to make a great meal, although fruits often run out fast. Staff are all super friendly, although inexperienced. They have the best of intentions, but I have a feeling that most are new to their roles and are still finding their away around the job.

Beautiful luxury resort with great facilities and location. The kids club was great and the spa services excellent. The pool is huge and the food is great.lastky the staff are very friendly.
