We had such an amazing time during our stay. The cabins were exceptionally comfortable, with stunning views of the sky. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was always clean, with a great variety of delicious food. We were fortunate enough to see the Northern Lights every single night, and it was truly magical. The resort even has a mobile app that alerts you when the aurora is visible, and they turn off the lights to enhance the experience. The staff were outstanding everywhere we went. The activities were once-in-a-lifetime experiences—especially the husky sled ride with Anatol and the private snowmobile adventure with Diego. A big thank you to the bar and restaurant team: Eirini, Alexandra, Konstantina, Christos, Alekos, and Thomas, for being so kind and generous. And a special thanks to Margarita for taking care of all the details of our trip. You made everything so seamless and memorable. Thank you all for making this such an unforgettable experience!

Incredible excursions such as husky ride in the beautiful forest that surrounds the property. Searching for Santa was fantastic and did not feel rushed at all. There was a good selection of food on the half board option, beautiful room, fun activities for children in Winter. Staff were very helpful, they offer a reasonably priced taxi service to the airport too

Staff very friendly and welcoming. The staff on the activities are phenomenal, get you relaxed, involved and chatting. Food was beautiful and the cabins and surrounding area are stunning. Easy to use alarms for the lights too. Not far from the village for shops and local pubs if you want to venture out but you can easily stay on light and be catered for.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had trouble getting a taxi and had to request a pickup service last minute but was so accommodating! Although there was no northern lights the night we stayed, it was still good for pictures. The meals were also satisfying. They also have onsite activities so you don’t need to go out to the city center for activities.

Room was nice and clean with a cozy vibe, food was delicious and plentiful of choices. All the activity tour guide was excellent and helpful, they explain everything from A to Z. Nothing was boring during the stay.
