Positively surprised by cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Intercity hotels do not have the best reputation, hence an absolutely pleasant experience.

A perfect 4 star hotel, central location, tastefully decorated interiors and rooms, with a generous breakfast, but what really makes the place stand out is the naturally friendly and professional staff, at the reception Elisabeth answered all my questions immediately and made me feel at home.:) I would recommend it to anyone who visits Saarbrücken and I will definitely return next year.:))) Thanks a lot once again!!

Breakfast has something for everyone (good options) The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The AC worked well in the room. The room was clean when we arrived. The room has a small fridge which is very useful in summer.

Great location, short walk to center. Relaxed and comfortable all around, helpful staff, they really bent over backwards to accommodate our needs (interconnecting rooms) during a very busy time. Great breakfast, easy check-in and out.

The hotel is well placed with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and river walks. It is easy to find your way in and out of the carpark which is next /connected to the hotel. The breakfast is great.

Breakfast was good. There were a variety of options for tea and the location was well lit, spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent service.
