The breakfast and the pool excellent, the bed and the room were excellent. The person greeting us at the desk is very nice, the employees are nice too (all of them). It was perfect and exceeded expectation

The staff was very friendly and gave us an upgrade as we asked for a calm room and there was a staff party that night. The rooms where super spacious and clean. Parking right under the Hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and offered a welcome drink, which was a first. The facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and well outfitted. Great pool and sauna.

The hotel is a great location and well appointed. It could probably do with some air-conditioning but the only let down really was the staff. The online check-n process needs revision, it's cumbersome on a mobile device and the wait staff were not the most accommodating, pretty sure the same guy we had in 2022 and again in 2024 was his same friendly self
