I liked the place from several aspects, including the quiet location on the banks of the river and the quietness, which is 14 km from the city of Kaprun (10 minutes), as well as the size and distribution of rooms, beds, bathrooms, parking, internet services and electrical appliances such as TV and washing machine The residence is also located next to many outdoor activities for the family and children, and the last reception, hospitality and attention of Mr. Estefan is a friendly and generous person, so I recommend this place to families and children who are looking for calm, relaxation and outdoor activities for their children

Wonderfull place to spend skiing holidays for my family of 5. Fully equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Really close to ski bus stop. Lift can be reached in 5-7 min walking. Very good WiFi connection.
