Excellent staff, warm, friendly and goes beyond to assist the customer. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners to the staff at the restaurant....etc were at their best. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back in the future. If possible try to book a room that is overlooking the Rynek ( square ).

Massive sized suite, very centre of old town, overlooking main square market. Live piano music in the evening,in lobby restaurant ( rare sight in Poland)

The bedroom as spacious. The breakfast was good but I’d prefer it to have a toaster. The staff were very pleasant.
