The fine print
Children stay for free if the child sleeps on the bed with parents from 0-12 years. The free stay does not include breakfast. For children 4-12 years the cost of breakfast is 25 PLN.
Children between 5 and 12 years old pay PLN 50 per person per stay, using the extra bed available.
Persons aged 13 or over pay PLN 100 per person per night, using an extra bed available.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Top service and absolutely client-oriented approach with a nice human touch! Personnel is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Due to the issues with LOT airlines, had to overstay some time beyond the check out, but it was granted to me with no issues and extra-charges. Hands down 100% recommended! Location, rooms, food quality, price/value ratio, you name it.

Super excellent value for money. Specially loved the beddings… super soft, nice, etc. Now I want to order the same duvet covers! Breakfast was super nice too! Check out at 12:00 is a blessing Also, I enjoyed the lights scenarios in the room:)

This was my second stay in this hotel in RZESZÓW. First time they upgraded our room to a one in a new building which was more modern and fresh. The second time we were placed in an older room number, which had everything essential, but you could really see it has been in use for quite some time now. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a safe parking option in the yard of hotel for additional price and great breakfast, also for an extra price. This time I had to leave very early and they kindly agreed to pack a to-go box for me, which was very nice of them. However, while the box had the same price as breakfast in the hotel(a buffet with lots of options of warm food, variety of diary products, beverages, bakery), the box included only few positions (2 drinkable yoghurts, sandwich, croissant, an apple and a peach), which in my opinion was not worth the money. For a lower price, this would have been a great option for guests.
