Location was fantastic. The property was located in quiet area close to the beach and all the amenities of Rye. The property was exactly as photographed and described. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was easy to find, lovely outside and inside open plan, very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed available for a weekend. The host was easy to communicate with.

1. It's a cozy & warm house with artistic interior design. 2. Fully equipped kitchen for us to cook dinners of 2 nights. 3. Quiet neighbourhood and good location that is close to beach. 4. Lovely clean bathroom. 5. Landlord Kate replies messages quickly with detailed information.
