Apartment 5 is beautiful and the view of the pier and bay was exactly what I wanted and better than I'd hoped. The furnishings are tasteful and the bed and pillows are really comfy. The kitchen is really well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, great sized fridge, toaster & coffee machine. The bathroom is beautiful. I didn't make time to enjoy the large bath in the centre of the bathroom (perhaps next time?). The rain shower (water pressure and temperature) were perfect. The balcony is big enough for a table & chairs plus a sun lounge and it was lovely spending time out there even on this cooler spring weekend. The light filled apartment was a joy to spend the weekend in, and watching the weather come across the bay on a windy & rainy Saturday afternoon while sitting in a warm, light loungeroom was just lovely. The European laundry would be really useful for a longer holiday. With the apartment being in the centre of Rye, there are lots of dining options (both eat in and takeaway) a very short walk away. The secure parking was appreciated. The location - both the proximity to the beach and restaurants along with the beauty of the apartment itself makes this high on the "must go back to" list. It is beautiful and just what I wanted for my mini break.

Loved the place, everything you would need: amenities, comfort, modern design, spacious with a great balcony view over Rye beach, great location as well, easy drive to Point Nepean National park or Cape Schanck, close to Woolworths and some restaurants. Seamless check-in & check out. Great host, easy to reach and was very helpful responding to my wife’s extra request, thank you :-) Highly recommended place to stay.

The apartment was clean with great facilities, easy to get to and a leisurely walk to the shops and restaurants. We were really happy with our stay at Aquabelle Apartments.
