If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. One room had a noisy air conditioner, but as soon as I reported the issue - maintenance were called. I was switched to another room the following night and all was well. Staff member went over and above to make sure I was comfortable!

The hotel and staff are great, the gardens are a great plus, the bordering ravine with the creek is a visual treat with birds (ibis, noisy miners, even white cockatoos). The Macquarie Centre is over the road and has great dining options
