The location was perfect for us as my husband was having an operation in Macquarie Hospital early in the morning. the room was great and the beds very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but took advantage of the room service menu which was all we needed.

The staff were all really friendly. When we went into our room we noticed that the bathroom light wasn’t working. As we were leaving I mentioned it to the young girl at the desk and by the time we got back it was fixed. Rooms were a decent size and the hotel itself was pretty easy to get to.

Hotel was well located on the Macquarie University campus and in easy walking distance of the parts of campus we needed to visit. Check-in and check-out were simple using the self-check-in kiosk, including getting key cards printed and paying for parking. Staff were polite and helpful in providing items which were missing from our kitchenette. Parking was close-by and convenient, a bit steep at $16 per day. Good airconditioning. Lift up to the rooms, you don't need to carry bags up the stairs.
