I liked how patient the staff was I struggled with braai stand…and there was no microwave in our room so we had to eat cold food.

Bon hotel was a really huge hotel. It felt more like we were in a resort than a hotel really. The staff was friendly, the pools were the highlight for us and the breakfast daily was good but could be better.

I really enjoyed my birthday the staff is so welcoming all of them but my waiter was keletso very nice welcoming. But i really appreciate all of the the reception that helped very friendly. I can't say more going back on the 14 February . Food very very nice

I loved the baffet, you get to choose what you want. The food was good and well prepared. Swimming pools were clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We called in for a last minute booking, late at night and they were willing to wait for us as the facility was close to closing. They were friendly and helpful when we arrived.
