A good spot to stop on the way to North Cap, with charging station and kitchen for guests. The overall structure is a bit old dated but clean.

In the emptiness of the North, Olderfjord Turistsenter provides everything one may need: an excellent souvenir- and tourist-information shop, a good restaurant, and of course a hotel and campsite with cabins. There is even a gas station just a few hundred metres down the road, making this an excellent base to explore the North Cape from. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and thanks to the many tourists passing by, the whole place felt very lively. For hotel guests, there is a small kitchen available, as well as a common room. The service building across the road houses a laundry machine, though this appears to be well in use by other guests. If one is so brave as to want to dip into the Barents Sea, it is right across the road! For those who wish to visit the North Cape, it takes about two hours to drive there, making it very easily doable to go back and forth on a single day and have ample time.

Good location parking. Room was clean and tidy ideal for an overnight stay. Restaurant on site. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with first room but it was resolved quickly to our satisfaction.

The location was fine for and overnight before or after visiting Nordkapp. It is more of a hostel type situation but we had a room with a private bathroom. The room was tiny and spartan. The staff, both reception and the breakfast server were friendly and did their jobs well. The room and building is very basic so don't expect otherwise and you'll have a good night's sleep. A big plus was free laundry facilities. Bring your own detergent.
