It is in a great location which gives privacy, great views including sea views. Only a few minutes walk to the Russell seafront and a slightly longer walk to Long Beach on the other side. It was very modern and was equipped with everything you need from cooking essentials to shoe polish towel. A lot of attention to detail. The owners are very friendly. Great stay and we would always book it again!

The room was great, spacious, clean and the view was incredible. The bed is also comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and have morning coffees. Everything is perfect.

Comfortable, Spacious and an amazing balcony with views over Russell to Paihia. Flexible check-in. We were here for 1 night for a function, so grateful for the ability to book just 1 night during a weekend. Loved the chocolate fish! Great location just 350m from the main drag. A steep hill for the last 50m but the view makes it worthwhile.
