The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the location; everything in the room was clean and comfortable. I was invited to use the shared kitchen facilities but I didn't have the time to check them.

The accommodation was lovely and staff friendly, we had 2 dogs which I put on the form and booking.com said no extra cost although we were charged 20 leva when we got there, this was not a problem and the hotel state in there policy extra charge. The hotel was very clean and well presented
