Excellent hotel, close to the town centre and the river. I have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed my stay. Very clean, the staff are very polite and always ready to help with anything you might need. Definitely recommend the place and looking forward to another visit.

Staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is very close to the river and the coastline park.

Everything was great, the staff is extremely friendly, there is a coffee machine in the room! The location is perfect, close to the city center. Really good breakfast!

A very nice boutique hotel, with kind stuff and located at less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. Delicious, exquisite breakfast. The bonus: some view of the Danube from the room (French room)

A beautiful old building with character that had been turned into a beautiful modern hotel whilst maintaining its beauty. It was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable and welcoming with some fresh fruit waiting for the guest.

The Residence House Ruse is a beautifully kept boutique hotel whose staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Within a short walk of the main central area and the Danube, it's an ideal location. We had a 1 night, much welcome break on our journey through Bulgaria. Highly recommended.

- kind, helpful and polite staff (all nice young people) - very large room, well equipped (but the bathroom is rather small, without a shelf on which to put personal things) - very good breakfast (but not buffet) - good location: on the bank of the Danube, 10 minutes from the pedestrian area
