Location good in centre, of Ruse. No breakfast. Bathroom floor completely floodef after shower. Only one electric outlet in my room. There is room for improvement on the cleaning.

The location was perfect - right in the centre & easy to find. We managed to park outside (although it was January). Clean, comfy beds & lovely hot shower. Would definitely book again.

The staff were amazing, we arrived in Bulgaria to find our mum very ill and needing to go to hospital, it was 5am when we arrived at Hotel Central and was given a room to stay immediately. We stayed with them for over a week and they helped us with a number of things whilst we was there. I would highly recommend staying with this hotel.

Great location in the old town. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Close to tourist info. office and central town square. Easy stroll to restaurants, bars and cafes. Very comfortable beds!! Clean everything?

Hotel Central is really central in Ruse town. So near to the Alexandrovska, the main street in Ruse, and to Freedom statue. The Railway and Bus stations are 30 minutes walk far. The room I had was comfortable and clean.

We stayed 4 persons in the family room. It was on two levels. Very big, very clean. It didn't seem like 2 stars at all! Staff very friendly. I forgot my wallet and they called me to pick it up : ). No breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants in the area!
