The reception and kitchen were on outstanding level. I had multiple questions about the city as it was my first time here in Ruse, the receptionist managed to answer them all and provided me with helpful tips. The level of cleaning was excellent as well.

Me and my 12 yr old daughter stayed here for 1 night as we were making our way to poland by train. We arrived after 20:0]hours. The receptionist gave instructions of how to get in etc but we met her just as we were leaving. She was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and fine for what we needed which was rest. Brealfast was average

The hotel was well situated in a quiet street midway between the station and the city centre. Easy walking distance to both. Excellent breakfast buffet and a superb restaurant open until late at night
