The room was small, but comfortable with a single bed, couch, desk and chair, table top fan, TV, complementary bottled water, big built in wardrobe, safe, towels, hairdryer and hand wash/shower gel. I could open the window fully which was great. The room was at the back of the hotel, but my view was of a little square and a church with a quaint clock tower. The bathroom was small, but adequate enough for my needs. There is a lift to all floors which was great. Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of hot and cold food, juices, water, coffee/tea, etc. The lunch and evening menus gave a large choice of traditional/regional meals at a reasonable cost, all was cooked to perfection and the portions were large. The drinks were also reasonably priced. There was also a garage space for cars/motor cycles at a daily cost. The hotel Wi-Fi is free. The veranda and roof terrace were good places to sit and have a drink/meal overlooking the rhine river. The hotel was close to all the shops, bars and restaurants and easily within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful/efficient. The hotel décor was in the traditional regional style which made it quaint and homely.

Great hotel with large bar and restaurant areas. Comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and the meals served are good value. Very convenient location right in the centre of Rüdesheim.

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and efficient. Location was the only thing that was not well done. There were constant trains going past the hotel directly across the road and coupled with their constant racket was the very irritating dinging of the gates.

Good position. Parking at the hotel not really feasible but good public parking near. Busy hotel but coped well. Restaurant good.

The hotel is good however we received an email saying we had not paid for the 7th and 8th accommodation. This was paid. Please send me an email address that I can send proof of payment to.

Very central. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Electric kettle in room. Room and en-suite bathroom clean. Restaurant and bar downstairs if you need it. Good value for money.
