Beautiful modern apartment. Very large and comfortable.bed. Excellent staff and associated restaurant. Beautiful soft sand beach with shallow water for a good distance.Very efficient aircon/ heater.

Perfect place if you want to relax! Brand new, exactly as seen in the pictures, value for money, very clean, very quiet all day and night, all rooms have view to the sea, the buiding is just 200m from the sea where there is the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the beach bar. The surrounding landscape is natural and unspoiled. The atmosphere in the reastaurant was very nice and the food was good! The beach bar is also quiet and nice, with the umbrellas not crowded but with adequate distance from each other! The shore is sandy and the sea clean and nice! The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful! You can practically stay without moving your car at all during your whole holidays there! I highly recommend it!!!

The hotel has only recently opened and is located just a few meters from the beach. It offers private beach access with very comfortable sunbeds, a beach restaurant with fantastic seafood (the grilled shrimps are an absolute must), and a well-equipped beach bar. The prices in both are absolutely reasonable. The water of the sea is very clear and clean, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel room amenities are new, modern, and work perfectly. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The view from the room is breathtaking! The entire hotel is clean, from the rooms to the beach. The cleaning staff does an excellent job! We were well taken care of by all the staff. They made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for that!

The accommodation is very nice, I would say luxurious by local standards. Large, designer, rather austerely furnished apartment, approx. 200-300 meters from the sea. On the beach, a restaurant/beach bar that belongs to the accommodation, where a great breakfast was served every day. Overall, I would rate it 9 out of 10. I believe that they will still work on the small details. Good price-performance ratio.

New property designed with good level of detail and comfortability, in a quiet and paradisiacal location. Has it's own beach area just 100m away with sun beds free of charge (if staying in the property). The property also has a restaurant and cocktail bar by the beach, where the food is very good

For Albanian standard 5 stars. A very nice accommodation and beach. There is a new tarmac (asfalt) road leading to the accommodation. Ignore google maps directions. Drive to the beach in spille city center and take a right turn just in front of the beach. There is the new road. The hospitality of the staff was super. Surely this new accommodation needs so fine tuning in the details but it is great. Go there, you will not regret it. This was a super ending of our 3 weeks Albanian holiday.

I loved it. The perfect getaway, the villa was in the middle of nowhere, no industrial or traffic noise, surrounded by farmland, the beach was less than 100 meters away. The villas are new, clean, and with a perfect view to capture sunset. The beach was clean, and there were more than 7-8 meters of room on each side for beach beds, not crowded at all. The watter was clear and not steep. The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and very tasty.
