When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

The hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in , in a while. From the friendly check in to the quality of the toiletries, I couldn’t fault. I’d definitely recommend, and I’d definitely return.

Great central location with easy access to carpark a few minutes walk away. Spacious rooms with the most comfortable bed in the world. Breakfast was vast & delicious. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel, excellent food and was lucky enough to have a room upgrade to a deluxe room which was spacious and very swish. Lovely views of the park beyond

The Room was Spacious and the Bathroom as well with both a Shower and Bath. The View of the Park from the Room was amazing.

Wonderful room and 2 beds as requested. Hot chocolate bags if wanted were a bonus and fresh milk when requested.

The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe room was lovely, very comfortable, loved all the premium toiletries and tea/coffee provided.

Very nice hotel and beautiful bed to sleep in. Ideal central location for Tunbridge. £15 for one night parking is a bit steep and main gripe.

Beautiful big room and very clean. We sat outside on the terrace and there is no service, we had to walk quite a distance to the bar when we wanted a drink outside
