Excellent location, close to everything including two bakery’s, supermarkets, bus station, boats, old town, shops and excellent restaurants. Spacious accommodation, much needed air conditioning in 40C temps, second toilet separate to shower room perfect for a group of friends travelling together. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Nice welcome from Zoran who met us at the accommodation. Comfortable shaded terrace area, convenient washing and drying facilities for laundry, comfortable for longer stays.

The Casa Villa Carducci apartment is not only comfortable: it is also complete. Some of the things that make it comfortable are the excellent shutters that close tightly and keep out noise and light, the numerous well-designed shelves and drawers for clothes and everything else, and the additional toilet/water-closet. Some of the things that make the apartment complete are the private parking space, the clothes washer, the outdoor laundry drying line, the huge television, and the extensive kitchen equipment. All four of us liked the location of the apartment. It is just a short walk from Rovinj's busy commercial area with its cafés, restaurants and shops, but it is nevertheless accessible by car and even has a small balcony shaded by a tree. While the check-in procedure was straightforward, it was necessary to check-in at an agency on the other side of Rovinj. Fortunately agency staff guided us around the town to the apartment and introduced us to the apartment.
