Kristijan is an excellent host, very friendly, kind and smiling. At our arrival he welcomed us with a glass of good local wine and coffee and made everything to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, with comfortable bed and bedding, the temperature was just right. The highlight of everything was breakfast - fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, different cheeses, ham, eggs, cereals, fresh bread and poppy potica... excellent start of the day. It's a kind of a place that you wish to return as soon as possible.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Casa Alice. The property was amazing, as were all the staff, the breakfasts and the location. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a property just outside of Rovinj town centre

Super sweet, kind and professional hosts. Here you are really guest and can enjoy the stay to the fullest. Nice location, great pool and calm atmosphere. Home made bread, sweets and fruits makes the breakfast special.

Everything! It was a pleasure staying here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the availability of bikes was a great touch. The hospitality was on point!

Perfect spot only a short walk to the old town. Comfortable accommodation and a nice pool. Staff were extremely good.
