Room size suitable for two, breakfast fine, access to bikes did not use them as only 5 mins from town. I walk everywhere the walk down the hill might be difficult for those not comfortable walking.

Jelena was a wonderful friendly host, with very good English. Our apartment was very comfortable and roomy. Good on-site parking. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location and easy walking distance (15 minutes) to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you

Good studio at 5 minutes drive from the stunning Borik beach (where there is free parking among the pine trees) and 15/20 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. Quiet neighbourhood. Kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs, drying rack, free on site parking.

Wonderful apartments in a great location. It was a pleasure to stay here. Just an easy 10 minute walk into town plus good local restaurants only a couple of streets away. The breakfasts on offer at Eriks were delicious and offered great choice. Our stay was made even better by the friendliness and helpfulness of Jelena - she makes all her guest feel special.

Jelena was so friendly and helpful on our arrival and throughout our stay. The room was great for our 2 nights. The off street parking is always a bonus. The location was fabulous and easy stroll into the town. I loved that there was a kettle and fried in our room. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Our host Jalena is the perfect host! Very friendly and explained everything and shared so much knowledge of the Istria Peninsula. Rovinj is a picture perfect place. The accommodation is a little walk to old town and everything is as in the photos. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bikes included in the stay were great to use. Breakfast was lovely outside with Jalenas super Mum helping. Can’t say enough about the hospitality here. It was just perfect. Would highly recommend this for a stay in historical Rovinj. Parking on property was also a good bonus. This B&B would be great for anyone. It is adults only too.
