For an extremely expensive city, this is a good enough deal. Basic room, no extras like facial tissue or lotion. Room/bed was comfortable. Fridge has some minibar items. Breakfast is extensive. Has a sauna in locker rooms that you don’t have to prebook. Easy to be picked up for tours or catch buses as it’s right outside hotel. Quick walk up to main pedestrian area.

Our room was really spacious, we got the old ones (not the refurbished ones). The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice with several menu options. The staff were helpful. Walking distance to the city centre. Surprisingly the room was really quiet.

the location is great and they had me in a river view room which was amazing. the buses out front to airport and Santa village are handy, and everything in town is accessible. I’ve stayed in Rovaniemi 6 times now and this was the first in this hotel. it was a bit confusing having to go underground through a tunnel to get to the other building, and instructions on how to access my room from that second building would of been handy to know at check in!

Beds extremely comfortable and the room was large enough for 5 of us and view of the frozen river was beautiful. Some more hangers for clothes would be helpful.Breakfast was good with lots of options but did not like the meatballs or frankfurter. Pool and sauna are lovely but pool is too cold.

The property was well located walking distance from the city center and a bus stop at the doorstep. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Easy checkin and checkout.
