Area: Right in the heart of Rovaniemi, everything is within a few minutes walk, great location. Breakfast: We had it included and compared to what you normally get anywhere else, I actually thought that the quality was really good, even the bacon was really tasty, to my surprise :)

1. Staff were helpful in all places apart from one staff in the restaurant who was too arrogant and misbehaved as they were running fully booked.. we didn’t get a place for dinner, even though we were staying in the hotel. 2. Good location

Breakfast was fantastic, although some hot items were a bit cold! Lovely waffle maker that you can make your own! The location of the hotel cannot be more better! The sauna, the staff, the comfortable room! I will definitely come back to stay there!
