Exceptionally clean rooms that are serviced daily. We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and were impressed by the quality of the meals. The hotel is in a great location right behind Santa Claus Village.

Large windows which can let us look throughout the beautiful winter scenery . ❄️ The room and toilet is clean . Feel happy that we can interact with the reindeer especially the white one just after stepping out of the hotel 🫎 The front desk is very kind and helpful to Asian people which we appreciate that a lot 🙂 Overall , we are quite happy during the stay !

Location is perfect. We have the whole building with fire place and sauna ourselves and Sauna is really good. The receptionists are very good,especially Elpida and the guy. Reindeer is a plus too. They provide good information we are asking for.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to stay at NovaSkyland in Rovaniemi, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until my departure, everything exceeded my expectations. Each experience was just magical.

We had two nights here, both room types are spacious. We can see reindeer from our cottage window. Hotel provided free transport to Santa Claus village bus stop:)

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The room was clean and absolutely stunning. The staff was very friendly. All in all – simply wow!

Beautiful room, sauna was very impressive. Nice breakfast, did not try the restaurant for dinner. Walking distance to all the Santa things.

The location was great, also the private sauna and the whole house was very cousy. The small kitchen was very functional. The staff was very helpful with everything.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Location was fantastic, close to main attractions yet in a peaceful area. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and top-notch service!
