Very attentive staff, they helped with literally everything. Pleasant breakfasts. Excellent location, just a couple of minutes to Rouen Cathedral and the Seine river.

Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. They accommodated our bicycles which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Stayed here this time last year. Comfortable quiet hotel, courteous service. Given useful advance information for arrival by car. Nice to be on the first floor though we travel light with just an overnight bag. Great location next to a car park, though roadworks meant access was guesswork. Gabriel extremely kindly printed out some private documents for us. Lovely hotel and stay in Rouen, thank you.

It is an excellent location for me who come with the Flixbus from Paris. I can walk with my luagge easily across the bridge to the property. So, yes, it is very close to the Seine and the Catherdral hence "the watch/clock" the centre... Quiet with the window close and lively (supposed to be) when window is open. My room have a good side view of the catherdral. The floor, sheet and bathroom are all very clean.
