Practical location on route in France and close to city center Waling distance. Practical choice friendly staff parking place available. For years already a solid choice driving into Brittany or Les Landes.

Needed one night stay next to the Rouen university. The staff was extremely nice, I spoke my broken French, but they speak English too. The parking is not included, but if you ask in advance, its about 8 euro/day. Big bonus is that the parking is in enclosed parking space with cameras and you can leave your car there up to 5 pm on the day you're leaving (but ask the desk before - they might be full). Breakfast was very nice with some local foods.

Great location with secure parking. I return every year and have never been disappointed. Breakfast is simple but you get plenty. Beds are very comfortable.

Lovely staff and easy check in process. Room clean and tidy. Quiet location. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Plenty of hot water.

The hotel is not far from the centre! The staff were very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable.
