The location was perfect, we traveled as a family with elderly so it was great being able to visit the village and local towns about… we wanted to be near Brighton and really had exceptional weather so the farm land walk into Brighton was well enjoyed.

The location was very good.Although vouchers were left I felt that a welcome pack would have been better.

Car parking is a problem (which we were aware of). Problem with the shower . Shortage of tea towels and bath mats. Having said that the three of us enjoyed our stay

The location was perfect. I'll definitely book this little house for my annual UK trips. The hosts were prompt and friendly when responding to queries. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rottingdean and surrounds.
