The staff were great as was the location and the hotel itself, I'm surprised its not a 4 star and will definitely come here again. We had a leak in our room on the last night out of normal hours but the staff immediately came up and moved us to a new room so we couldn't ask for more really, the supervisor did everything she could. I also lost an earbud and left some glasses in the room and was sent a picture and a method of getting it sent back to me the following day, so again great service and very helpful staff.

The location was great. Right in the centre of the city and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet which was exactly what I was looking for. I contacted the hotel to let them know I was going to be outside the published booking in time due to a delayed Eurostar, and had a prompt response saying this would not be an issue.

Great location and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures. very comfortable bed and a gym as well as a canteen area on the second floor. this was great value for money.

We've stayed at this hotel before and it was just as great as before. What we liked: - Location is very central and near a big shopping district with many upscale restaurants nearby - The bed was extremely comfortable - The hotel offers parking at the premises - although by the time we had booked, all the spots had been taken. We parked our car 500m from the hotel at interpark for 20 euros for the evening - 24/7 snack & drinks canteen (self service)

The stuff were very friendly. My room was clean and quiet. The hotel is close to the shops and close to the The Årsta Forest Nature Reserve that was a nice walking.

The room was lovely, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Staff were very accy. The food market is excellent open 24 hours if you want a drink or snack.

The location couldn’t be more central, very practical!! Also, there is a 24/7 foodmarket in the accommodation which is very convenient and you can have whatever you need on the spot! The room (and generally the hotel) was very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, modern, and we also found a Christmas gift in our room, very cute! We also appreciated the espresso machine in our room and the provided Lavazza capsules!!

The location is very convenient, is closed to the shopping area which have lots of restaurants surround. (All walking distance) Staffs are very kind and nice 😊
