The location was perfect, central, with many nice restaurants around and close to the waterbus station and the tram to the station. The room was neat and looked very pretty, with a very comfortable bed.

Room was amazing - upgraded on arrival thanks! Huge bed and TV with good array of channels. The communal areas were brilliant - different, very comfy and welcoming. I love that breakfast is served until 12 - adds to the flexibility of a holiday stay. Love the location.... near metro, tram and water taxi. And plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would look at staying at other hotels in the chain due to this.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible funky design and the BEST food hall attached. We had. Free upgrade to a larger room that had absolutely everything we needed, a proper hairdryer for once and very comfortable bed. The location was great for us as we loved walking over the bridge and the food hall was a complete bonus, with great atmosphere and delicious food. Will be back!

Great location near the metro, next to the Food Hallen and the Fotomuseum. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location and easy to walk to the city center and also enjoy the area of the port from Rotterdam, which has a beautiful view. The Food Halle that is located in the building of the hotel is a plus and an amazing place with a lot of options to choose lunch and dinner, also to just have a drink. Also, the hotel has a super nice and unique style, very nice to stay there! Definitely want to come back

Location is great for transport and close to city attractions. There is parking available. Common areas are tastefully decorated, gym and sauna in the hotel. Food court next to the hotel, where there are plenty of options to get a quick meal. Breakfast is quite nice, offering hot and cold counters.
