Loved the corner room with fabulous views of the Erasmus Bridge! Staff were exceptional and very helpful during our stay. The facilities and decor were beautiful! Great location for what we wanted!

Laurens was a fantastic member of staff, super friendly and helpful at the front desk, his hospitality was the easiest highlight of the trip. Besides that, the hotel was pleasant and clean but room service was very limited, weird unpleasant neon green lights in the lift and not a lot of amenities in the hotel for the price. Would’ve loved if there was better room service as the menu is just the same as the rooftop restaurant menu which doesn’t have a great variety— and also if there was a spa or massage services etc. Some of the other staff we encountered besides Laurens weren’t very friendly / had an attitude that made us feel like asking for help was bothering them.

I got a surprise upgrade. I liked that I could switch off the airco completely and not have to suffer any noise from venting tubes in the building,CAS is often the case in these big hotels. They seem to have a lovely breakfast area as well, different from other hotels.

View excellent, facilities great, Nhow is lovely brand, but their signature scent is really terrible. I love th epinball machine at restaurant.
