Location. We had to wait just over an hour for our room at check in which still wasn’t ready but Emma on the desk and her colleague sorted us an upgrade room and booked us free breakfast, fantastic people and service

The location was excellent. Everything we wanted to do in Rotterdam was accessible by walking from the hotel. Staff were very nice and friendly. The room was amazing, it was one of the biggest rooms we’ve stayed in.

We had a great room with a view of the city. Shopping and transportation were very close by. Breakfast was very nutritious with lots of variety. The staff were welcoming and efficient. At the end of our stay, a cab that we ordered hadn’t arrived at the specified time and we were going to miss our train. The desk manager used his own car and drove us to the station. He refused to accept any money.This kind act is what travellers remember for a future visit. .

I had a wonderful reception. I was pleasantly surprised when I was promoted to a better room. The view was fantastic, facing the street. The breakfast was delicious with wide range of choices. Location is super central.

The hotel location is perfect for local shopping and restaurants. The room was bigger than I thought having booked a superior room lots of space for our little one to run around. Ear plugs beside the bed for if the road noise was loud, that was a nice touch. Bathrobes and sippers to use while in the room. I would return again.
