I really enjoyed my stay at Mainport Hotel. The private sauna in the room was such a luxury and made the experience extra special. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the small touches like a bottle of water ready in the room and access to ice cubes in the hallway.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, we had room called waterfront sauna and it was perfect. Very comfortable, beds also. Housekeeping service was nice, they cleaned our room perfectly. I work also in a hotel, so I notice small things and I can appreciate their work. Breakfast was also nice, food in restaurant tastes very good. The staff/receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

Our room wasn’t ready by 7pm, which we didn’t mind that much. However, we received complimentary drink at the bar and breakfast for our stay which we really appreciated. The staff was welcoming and very kind. We booked room with spa and it was absolutely amazing! We will stay here again for sure.

Excellent location, right by the metro. We stayed here attending an event at Rotterdam Ahoy and the links to and from really helped. Really comfortable bed - King XL. Bath was huge and the shower pressure was really good. Can’t fault it the place.

Everything about the property was quite good. Very clean premises, staff very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is close to amenities and transport links.

The hotel was lovely. Our room at the back overlooking the harbour was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Well worth the extra charge to avoid the road noise at the front. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room fridge was welcome as was the spa bath in the bathroom. Best of all, the location was perfect and the Leuvehaven metro right outside the hotel was excellent for travelling around the city and further.
