Love the location and history of the building. Rooms are huge and bed is super comfy. Great outside restaurant by the water for lunch the day after.

This hotel is perfect for people looking for historic character combined with modern facilities. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, well worth the cost. I would recommend a water taxi ride. Ideal location for those picking up a cruise.

Location is excellent. The rooms are a great size, bathrooms are a good size. Cleanliness, House Keeping exceptional. The restaurant, was fantastic, Food selection was good, but the food at the Basement (bar below,) was par excellent. Service and staff were very friendly, always there to help. A brilliant property, with amazing staff and also an amazing and old building looked after very well.

Reatored headquarters of Holland America lines right across the street from the cruise ship check in. Breakfast was great fresh and even eggs and omelets to order. Our bathroom was actually a former freight elevator and it was great.

Fantastic stay, loved the location for boarding the cruise ship, water taxi access makes it easy and saves time to get around for sightseeing, excellent staff and our room was exceptional with a water view, cool fun place to eat and be!
