It is a simple small hotel near Rotterdam station. The room is very clean. We arrived before check in time hoping to leave the bagages but the hotel was closed. We left the message and the owner called back and he let us checked in (after 1 hour or so as we went to rental bikeshop in the meantime). He was very friendly.

The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person, it's is literally less than 5 minutes away from Rotterdam central station, I would stay there again.

location was 7 mins from metro and 6mins from nearest tram station. staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location and price, very near to Rotterdam station. The host was a pleasure to deal with and arranged a late check in for us no problem. The room was basic but clean.

My son and I stayed for one night. We were greeted by a friendly manager. The room is very clean, good mattress, bed linen and towels, shower and toilet are very clean and smell good. Quiet area, river view from the window. I highly recommend visiting.
