Great location, easy to access and good parking. The Property and rooms are immaculate, Beautifully renovated and rooms have great facilities, Beds are so comfortable and the linen and towels are really good quality and give it a very luxurious feel. The owners have put a lot of thought into everything. Owner and Staff were nothing short of amazing, very friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful, nothing was too much to ask. I have done a lot of traveling and stayed in a lot of accommodation and Stay 280’is easily one of the best places I have stayed.

What a lovely motel. We had two bedrooms and everything that we could need on our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was if a high quality. The spa bath was great fun too.

The whole experience was an 11/10 the staff were awesome (thanks Curtis) and co my wife and me stayed for two nights and from the minute we walked in the door it was the start of the best stay ever the room very clean and tidy and well set out the bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome and also had a very nice spa bath I highly recommend the stay280 you won’t be disappointed. We will be back in the future

Lovely experience, needed a comfortable place to stay for 2 nights and was thrilled with how enjoyable this room was. Although quite dark with no view (just carpark) it had everything you could need for a simple self cater (including air flyer) The highlight was the spa, it was HUGE, although it took about an hour to fill it was a really relaxing treat. Also the cleanliness of the whole room, bathroom and kitchen was IMMACULATE! Would recommend.

Well above the level expected, very clean, well appointed. luxurious! Staff were awesome to deal with. A complementary beer on arrival, what more could you ask for. TV has a great selection of channels, many more than most. Spa pool in room.

The odour from the hot pools was overwhelming at times and this limited what we did in Rotorua. Nothing to do with the accommodation which was very good.
