Very convenient location with parking outside our room. Well equipped kitchen and excellent laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. Sadly we did not get a chance to use the pool due to the weather but it looked lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and the kitchen was a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The pool area and spa pools were used extensively. The location was excellent. The staff were extremely understanding, tolerant and helpful, as we were an extended family group attending a funeral and made good use of the social areas such as the pool area

Double room a little small. Other room with four singles was ok. Pool warm and good.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting Rotoura. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The motel was ok with its own spa which was clean. The pool area looked tired but we did use it. The motel is off the main road so not much traffic noise. The town of Rotoura wasn't as nice as we anticipated but we enjoyed the Maori village and Redwood tree walk.
