Excellent location with a magnificent view of the lake from our room on the 9g floor. Loved being in the heart of the CBD with restaurants n entertainment close by, together with the boardwalk.

Very good hotel in the center of Rotorua. I highly recommend trying the Korean Fried Kitchen from the hotel

Gold star hotel with lovely professional staff. The bedding was exceptional - seperate toilet and shower was good for couple relations - breakfast ok. I’ve stayed in several other Rotorua hotels which were dated and dirty Pullman was exceptionally clean with up to date and tidy facilities
